I am back with another simple and amazing Recipe. Its a veggie salad. Guys believe me its an simple, amazing and healthy recipe that you should try this at home. So here's the list of Ingredients
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Broccoli
- Onion
- Tomato
- Bell Pepper's
- Red Cabbage
- Tofu or "Soya Paneer"
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato Ketchup
Roughly Chop the Lettuce, broccoli, Red Cabbage. Now chop Onion, Tomato, Bell peppers and tofu into small pieces and add into a big bowl. Now add salt and Black Pepper Powder according to your taste. Mix all the veggies with a spoon or spatula. Now add 2-3 Table spoon (Tbsp) of Mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Mix it Properly and garnish it with fresh Coriander and serve it.
